    My Response

In 'Teen Wolf, Season 1 Episode 1; Pilot' it begins with a mysterious and foggy setting in the woods. It instantly has you wondering what is going on and gives a whole dramatic scenery. You also ponder why there are police officers with dogs wondering around in the woods. When the main character Scott is shown, it portrays the idea that he is an ordinary teenage boy that enjoys sports. The little things such as how he is fiddling with a Lacrosse stick helps me to watch the character develop. When Stiles appears hanging from the roof to scare his best friend, Scott, it implies that Stiles is being represented as the Comedic character. Both characters share sarcastic comments which portrays more indications that they are typical teenagers. Throughout the rest of the episode, you are intrigued to know what the pair will find in the woods. When Scott is bitten, it is unexpected and shocks me. It also has me worried for the characters well being as well as curious to what is going on. The day of their first day of school, Scott and Stiles are both presented to be the social outcast when Lydia Martin (the popular one) breezes past them as if they didn't exist. When Scott is chosen to play as a part of the Lacrosse team, his enthusiasm indicates that this was probably the first time he was allowed to do so. Which implied that he wasn't exactly popular.
